Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for the Smart School Subsidy (SSS) Hall Refurbishment at Wellers Hill State School, located at 190 Toohey Road, Wellers Hills QLD 4121.

Tender Submissions will be accepted from Building Contractors with a QBCC builders licence and previous school experience.

Please email David Honeywill at Honeywill Consulting (david@honeywill.com.au) with your company QBCC licence details. A link with the Tender Documents will be emailed to eligible building contractors that meet the tender requirements for this project and are licenced to undertake all the works.

An optional site inspection will be held at Wellers Hill SS on Wednesday the 4th of May 2016 at 10:00am.

Submissions close on Monday the 16th of May 2016 at 3:00pm - tender responses are to be emailed in PDF format.
