Southern Cross University wishes to engage the services of a Travel Management Company (TMC) to facilitate the fulfilment of travel for all officers and associates of the university. TMC's are to provide the following benefits to the University
* Manage high volumes of corporate travel for both domestic and international travel on behalf of the University
* Achieve value for money for the University through the ability to obtain lowest fare compared to other distribution channels
* Integrate technologies and processes with existing solutions at the University and provide advice on best practice.
* Provide detailed reporting and insights into the University's travel profile and behaviors.
* Provide high quality customer service, training and support
