Gannawarra Shire Council. Proposals to Sell. The Gannawarra Shire Council proposes to sell by public tender, the property known as the Mystic Park Recreation Reserve, Wilson Street, Mystic Park, in accordance with Sec 189 of the Local Government Act 1989.

Written tenders can be posted and marked 'Confidential tender' to Council at PO Box 287, Kerang, or lodged at Council's tender box, Patchell Plaza, 47 Victoria Street, Kerang. Tenders will not be accepted at any other office of Council. Tenders will not be accepted in any form after 4:00pm on Friday 27 May 2016. Late tenders or tenders delivered verbally or by email will not be accepted. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
