The City of Fremantle is seeking tenders for the demolition and reconstruction of the Old Fire Station Rear Roof/Veranda and Shade Works at 18 Phillimore Street, Fremantle.

Tenderers MUST attend a compulsory site meeting at:

Date Time Thursday 5 May 2016 at 10am

Tenders shall be submitted electronically via the City's e-tendering portal (see option below) no later than 2.00pm Australian Western Standard Time (WST), Friday 20 May 2016.

Facsimile and / or hand delivered tenders will not be considered for evaluation;

Lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted;

Canvassing of Council members will disqualify the tender.
