Roadside Weed Control Services

The complete project description, scope of work, specific site and project requirements shall be as defined in the Technical Specification contained in Section 3 of the Contract documents. The list of works are indicated in the schedule of Amounts in Part 2 of Section 1 of the Contract document.

This tender is for Contract No. 011/2016 for “Weed Control Services”

The works in this contract comprise of the following:
* The control of noxious weeds on Council Roadsides.
* The control of noxious weeds on Council Reserves.
* The identification of declared noxious weeds in Snowy River Shire.
* Compliance with all relevant statutes.
* The attainment of all required licenses and certification.

Tenders will be accepted for an individual region (see 5.3.11, 5.3.12, 5.3.13), a combination of regions or for the entire shire. Either the combination of regional tenders which provides the best value to council or a tender for the entire shire will be selected based on which option provides the best value to council.
