Provision of Parking and Traffic Enforcement and Administrative Services

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced parking enforcement services provider for the municipality of Banyule that includes the issuing of Parking Infringement Notices (PINS), and administration of the parking enforcement system, including the collection of revenue.

The contract is for a 3 year parking patrol period that is due to commence on 1st January, 2017 with the option of a further 2 years.

There is provision for an establishment and implementation period of a minimum of 4 months prior to commencement of the patrol period. Accordingly, it is anticipated that a contract would be let on or before the 31st August, 2016.
