Monash Health is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of RFT2016/006 - Home Care, Personal Care and Respite Care.
Monash Health aims to appoint one or more Service Providers to deliver the Services.
The Contract is expected to be for an initial Three (3) year period with the option to extend for a further term of up to Twenty-four (24) months.
