External Facade Lighting Upgrade for the Drum Theatre, Dandenong

⁠⁠⁠The objective of the project is to light up the old Dandenong Town Hall facade (now known as the Drum Theatre). The works will be staged over two financial years. Part A is to be undertaken in the 2015/2016 financial year, with provision for Part B to be undertaken in the 2016/2017 financial year.

Extent of Work
This specification provides for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of the complete electrical services as specified herein and as indicated on the associated drawings.

The work specified includes the electrical and lighting services:

At the Drum Theatre located on the corner of Lonsdale St & Walker St, Dandenong Provide all work and materials:
Specified and as shown on the drawings,

Necessary for the satisfactory completion and operation of the Works, Generally provided in accordance with accepted trade practice.

The scope of work includes the following:
Removal of redundant lighting on facade

Provision of new RGBW facade lighting as detailed in the drawings and specified within

Provision of new cabling from existing board to new board located in room adjacent to the clocktower, Chasing of walls and coring of building

Electrical switchboard and control system. Final programming of works Testing and commissioning of all aspects of the Works Complete reinstatement of all surfaces

The project is split into two parts, Part A and Part B. The extents of each Part are as follows:

Part A works consist of the supply and installation of clock tower lighting on South and Western sides, high level balustrade lighting on southern, western and northern sides, and first floor cornice mounted lighting on southern, western and northern sides, as shown in drawing FL-04.

Part B works consist of the supply and installation of ground floor cornice mounted lighting on southern, western and northern sides, as shown in drawing FL-04.
