Tender Description
Please note that there is a site meeting for this tender on the 20 April 2016. While it is not mandatory to attend, if you do wish to attend, please register for the site meeting as soon as the documents are downloaded so that it can be actioned.
The Scope of Works includes but is not limited to the following in regards to the Bunbury Museum and Heritage Centre:
a) Liaise with the Principal on site prior to fabrication commencement.
b) Fabricate, deliver and install museum exhibition furniture as provided in Appendix A and B;
c) Provided completed graphic wrapped, MDF panels fitted into 'panel plinth' channels;
d) Fabricate, deliver and install the Ghost Ship installation and basalt rock filled gabion wall; and
e) Deliver, install and commission all audio visual equipment including touch screens, flat screens, data projectors, gobo projection lamps and media players.
Works not included in the Contract:
a) Providing detailed design content of the text panels (Principal to provide)
b) Museum lighting systems for all exhibits.
c) Supply of raw digital assets content.
d) Supply of completed artwork digital files for graphic panel wrapping.
