Tender Description
Tenders are invited for:
Council's Schedule of Rates Contract for civil maintenance works over the 2017 & 2018 financial years. Tenderers may choose to submit rates on selected parts or all categories listed below:
Part 1 - Civil Works:
* Drainage
* Road Reconstruction
* Kerb & Gutter
* Footpaths - concrete, paving and asphalt
* Minor Repairs
* Retaining Walls (minor)
Part 2 - Linemarking & Sign Posting.
Part 3 - Property Infrastructure:
* Timber Seats & Tables
* Timber Ordinance Fencing
* Street Furniture
Part 4 - Retention and Road Barriers:
* Reinforced Soil RW (Medium to High Walls)
* Sandstone Block RW (Low Height Walls)
* RC Blockwork RW (Medium Height Walls)
* Rock Face Stabilisation
* Wire Rope Barrier (Non-Rigid)
* Steel Rail Barrier (Rigid)
Documents can be downloaded for free (see option below) from Thursday 21 April 2016. Alternatively, documents can be purchased from Council's Customer Service Counter for $300.
A Pre-Tender meeting will be held on Tuesday 26 April 2016, commencing at 10.00 am at North Sydney Council in the Hutley Hall. Failure by the Tenderer to attend this meeting may lead to rejection of the Tender.
Tenders will close at 4.00 pm, Tuesday 10 May 2016.
