Cushman & Wakefield, on behalf of the Department of Treasury and Finance, seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of approximately 1,500 square metres of office accommodation for lease to be located in Ballarat (preferably centrally located with reasonable access to public transport) and delivered by 1st July 2017 or earlier if an existing site. Multi-tenant sites will be considered. Secure car parking essential.

The accommodation is requirement to be a minimum PCA A grade and a minimum 4.5 Star NAMERS Energy Rating. Victorian Government Office Accommodation Guidelines. 2007 and other relevant Government guidelines will apply to any building or construction activities undertaken by the respondent to this project.

All submissions should include full property details and the following information:
*Location and relevant property information
*Key financial and commercial lease terms (Including Incentives and outgoings)
*Proposed occupation date
*Floor plans and technical specifications, images and photographs
