This project is for the construction of 2 all-weather netball courts in Boronia Park Reserve, Hunters Hill. The courts are to replace 2 existing grass surfaced courts.

The courts are to be constructed at the western end of Oval no2 which fronts Park Rd. The location is set out in Conditions of Contract, Volume 2, plans and photographs.

The work forms part of Council’s Section 94A Developer Contributions Plan.

The need for the construction of the all-weather surfaces was identified in the recently adopted Plan of Management for Boronia Park Reserve.

The courts are to be of a flexible pavement (ie not concrete) with a suitable surfacing. The tendered price is to include all associated works.
