A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:
Refurbishment of administration building, extension of administration building, enclosure of existing breezeway, relocation of internal walls, refurbishment of reception. New Carpark Kiss n Go with connection to Buscall avenue. New playground with associated rubberised soft fall and shade.

The site of the Works is Bakewell Primary School, 1 Forrest Parade, Bakewell.
Where work is required to be carried out in easements or on land adjacent to the site for the purpose of connecting services or joining up of roads etc. Ensure that the appropriate licences and approvals are obtained for work in those particular areas.
