After a period of rapid growth ACU is consolidating its position as a nationally significant university with a diversified offering and strong student demand.
ACU is seeking the support of an agency or agencies to drive an effective approach to customer engagement across all marketing channels in order to maximise awareness, engagement, acquisition, conversion, and advocacy.
The agency or agencies will be required to create integrated channel delivery strategies that exceed customer expectations and present a creative and consistent in-market presence.
The agency or agencies will leverage existing relationships to deliver exceptional value, reach, and exposure for the ACU brand.
The purpose of the tender is to source an agency, or multiple agencies, that will support the Marketing and External Relations team through the provision of creative, strategy, and media planning / buying services.
