Tender Description
The works under this Contract consist of Stage 1 taxi way construction for Albatross Aviation Technology Park.
The scope of work under the Contract shall be for all works as described in the Contract Documents that is necessary to provide works that are suitable for the intended purpose, and includes, but is not limited to the following:
* Develop and implement safety, environmental and quality management
* plans,
* Identify existing services on site, particularly Telstra assets,
* Temporary fencing as required to maintain security of existing taxiways,
* Clearing and grubbing, excavation and disposal within 2 km,
* Construct taxiway Delhi from Ch 106 to Ch 350,
* Construct taxiway Punjab from Ch 0 to Ch 218,
* Sub soil drainage
* Stormwater line B and pits,
* Stormwater cross over and pits at Ch 108 and Ch 345,
* Work as executed taxiway alignment, width and levels by Registered Surveyor,
* Water main works as directed by Superintendent at Schedule of Rates, Clearing on adjacent lots as directed by Superintendent at Schedule of Rates.
The Contractor shall allow for all other work not listed separately but necessary to fulfil the scope and true intent of the Contract documents. The Contractor shall be responsible to supply all labour, plant, materials and services necessary to provide works that are suitable for their intended purpose.
