Tender Description
WentWest is seeking proposals for innovative projects designed to improve the coordination and accessibility of After Hours primary care services in western Sydney.
This is in order to ensure, all residents within the region have access to effective After Hours primary care.
Funding will be made available to assist the successful applicants in providing the services proposed in their applications aiming to reduce non- urgent individual presentations at the Emergency Department.
Submissions close at (5:00pm) AEST on ( 20th April, 2016) and submissions must be fully received by this time.
