A review of ACU’s digital presence is underway, with the intent to re-fresh and enhance current activity in order to provide an engaging experience for visitors.
ACU is seeking the services of both a Digital Agency and a Search Agency to support the University in delivering on ACU’s digital activity.
Work undertaken will be under the umbrella of the digital transformation strategy and support ACU in its day to day digital activity. Examples of activity to be undertaken includes paid and organic search, technical development of website assets and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), design and development of digital acquisitions activity, automation and content delivery.
It is expected that the successful agency will work with the provider leading the digital transformation project to deliver a superior digital presence and customer experience for ACU. The successful provider will also be required to work with brand, creative, market insights and other agencies as required.
