Tender Description
Council requires a suitable Insurance Services Broker to provide a range of insurance broking and risk management services that reflect a progressive approach to the changing needs of Council and innovative service delivery. These includes negotiating with relevant insurers to obtain best value for Council's required insurance classes, providing Council with risk financing recommendations and optional approaches, claims management advice, maintaining relationships with insurers and complying with an agreed service plan.
The service provider is required to provide professional insurance broking and risk management services for the next two years, with the option for review and extension at the end of the second year for a further two years.
