The Surf Coast Shire Council invites submissions from suitably qualified suppliers for the supply and installation of outdoor fitness equipment at the Quay Reserve Torquay.

Details of the project and scope of works are set out in the RFQ documentation.

Submissions must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Submissions not complying with the requirements - for example, submissions submitted by Facsimile or email, will not be accepted.

It is the Respondent's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.

Submissions are to be lodged no later than 3.00 PM on the 15 April 2016.
