Please complete the attached Trade Information Form and Make Safe Availability Form and forward these along with a Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance, WorkCover Insurance, Trade Qualification, Trade Licence, and Site Safety Induction card. We will require this for all trades attending any of our sites.
An example of the Trade Contract is also attached for your review. We expect all of our sub-contract trades to sign and adhere to this contract which is renewed annually.
