Construction and Installation of Coolamon Display Case and Replacement Partnerships Display

⁠⁠⁠Using concept design drawings provided by Questacon we are seeking submissions from suitably qualified suppliers for the fabrication, delivery and installation of a custom display case to house the Coolamon artefact within the Questacon foyer.

The scope of work includes detailed design development, production drawings, fabrication, delivery and installation of the display case, incorporating integrated digital display elements, lighting and internal finishes suitable for a high-traffic public environment. The display must be durable, secure and meet agreed aesthetic and functional requirements.

The works also include removal of the existing partnerships display, fabrication and installation of a new partnerships display in a revised location, and all associated make-good works to walls, finishes, services and infrastructure.

Installation must be coordinated to minimise disruption to operations and visitors, including undertaking works outside of standard public hours (Before 8:30am / after 9:00pm).

Suppliers will be required to demonstrate capability in exhibit fabrication, integration of digital elements, and delivery within a live public environment, including compliance with work health and safety requirements and coordination with site constraints

Site inspections are available within a defined window and must be arranged with the contact officer.
