The Service Provider is responsible for providing Property Management and Facilities Management Services to the Principal in respect of the project.

Property Management and Facilities Management Services

Activities in this workstream are focused on the management of land or property owned or under the control of Sydney Metro to mitigate risk and liabilities to TfNSW as well as ensuring it complies with its obligations to all tenants.

The Service Provider will be expected to ensure new properties are effectively incorporated into the portfolio following acquisition and that vacant possession is achieved by required dates, while tenants obligations are met.
