Supply of Hardware Items

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Geelong invites tenders from suitable qualified companies to supply various hardware items to Council.

The term of the Contract is for 2 years, commencing 1 October 2016 with the option to extend the contract for a further 12 months.

A detailed hardware listing has been provided which also outlines the requirements of the tenderer undertaking the service.

Council may at its absolute discretion appoint either one contractor for this service or may elect to appoint a panel of providers.

Council does not warrant the volumes indicated going forward through the contract period and these quantities have been provided for information purposes only.

Only the items stated are to be quoted upon - Council will not accept substitute items under any circumstances.

Tenderers must complete the returnable schedules as well as completing the pricing spreadsheet and OH&S Delivery only attachment.
