Tender Description
The Shire of Yalgoo invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced civil contractors to undertake construction of approximately 10kms of gravel road (resheeting) along yalgoo-ninghan Road as required.
Tender No. RFT1/2016 Yalgoo-Ninghan Road Gravel Resheeting
Suppliers meeting the requirements of the tender specification are invited to apply. The contract will be in the form of a lump sum, Principal administered Minor Works contract utilising AS4902-2002.
All request for tender documents and further information is to be in writing any may be obtained by contracting Bruce Lorimer of core Business@corebusiness.net.au from Thursday 17th March 2016.
To be considered, tenders must be received prior to the tender deadline, contained in a sealed envelope, clearly, marked with the Tender Number and Tender Name and lodged in the tender box situated in the office of core business Australia, Unit 3/2 Fairbairn Road, Busselton WA 6280. Alternatively and preferably, Tenders may be submitted electronically to tenders@corebusiness.net.au or by post to PO Box 797 Busselton WA 6280.
Late Tenders will not be accepted. Facsimiles will not be accepted. The Shire of Yalgoo does not intend to submit the tender.
Deadline for Tenders to be submitted is 2.00pm WST, Wednesday, 6th April 2016.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Councillors or employees will disqualify.
