Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Orange City Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified contractors to demolish a large shed structure situated at 250-262 Peisley Street, Orange, NSW, 2800.

The structure consists of a steel portal frame shed built in the 1970's measuring approximately 75m by 28m with a concrete floor overlain on a combination of older timber and steel bearers and joists with associated brick piers and footings.

The steel shed is suitable for reuse and the flooring contains a large amount of significant hardwood timbers suitable for recycling.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Tuesday 5 April 2016 commencing 10.00am on site, where interested parties are encouraged to attend.
