Places Victoria is seeking to appoint a highly capable and diligent contractor offering the best available value for money to undertake the works set out in this RFP for the Docklands Wharf Maintenance project (Project).
This request for proposal (RFP) has been prepared to provide information on the Project to prospective bidders (Bidders) and to set out the requirements for Bidders offering to undertake the works set out in this RFP.
Bidders are invited to submit a proposal in response to this RFP (Response) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this RFP.
