Tender Description
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is to provide counselling and other services to assist employees in managing work and personal issues. The Department’s objectives for the Services include:
a. Reducing the number of unplanned absences of employees from work;
b. Protecting and ensuring the health and wellbeing of employees and their immediate family members;
c. Promoting positive morale amongst employees; and
d. Increasing the work productivity of employees.
To achieve this aim, the Department requires the provision of short-term, solution-focused professional counselling for employees, their immediate family members, managers and supervisors.
