Tender Description
Council is currently considering a number of opportunities for the future management and operation of the Lower Murray Inn at the Pioneer Settlement, Swan Hill. One option that is being considered is to lease the venue to a suitably experienced operator for them to operate and manage. In order to ascertain interest in this option Council are undertaking an Expression of Interest process. Through this process Council are seeking applications from interested parties.
