Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake routine maintenance works on Council's road network.
The work involved is split into two packages and tenders can apply for either or both packages;
* Unsealed road grading: (Pineview (13.0), Merrinong (8.4), Ewenmar (4.2), Dulla Dulla (10.5), Edmonstones (1.6), Euromedah (1.3), Macquarie View (3.3), Park Hill (0.5), Waikare (3.2), Merritts (5.7), Mumblepeg (1.6)
* Gravel road resheeting: Pineview (2.8 km), Merrinong (1.5 km), Ewenmar (0.4 km), Dulla Dulla (3.6 km),
* Sealed road shoulder maintenance: Burroway (both sides) -7.50-14.30, 21.85-22.25 & 40.30-44.20.
* Grid Removals: Dulla Dulla (x 2),

Two packages of work, encompassing the three tasks, have been prepared. Tenderers may tender for either or both packages. Council, at its sole discretion, may;
* Not accept any tender,
* Accept a single tender for both packages, or
* Accept two tenders (to undertake a package each).
