Better Care Victoria & Opportunity Assessment and Diagnostics Pilot

The department is seeking suitably qualified and experienced parties to assist Bettter Care Victoria (BCV) during its establishment phase to support the development of an objective approach to identifying and selecting sector-led innovation projects for BCV funding. Specifically, it is seeking support to:
* Develop an analytical approach to support the identification and selection of innovation for investment that aligns with the objectives of BCV
* Undertake an opportunity assessment, using the developed analytical approach, to identify good practice innovation that is ready and appropriate for scaling in similar environments across the state
* Develop and test a diagnostics service, using the analytical approach, that supports health services to understand and investigate performance challenges, and then to identify, design and plan for innovation projects that help to address these performance challenges.

The project will be jointly delivered by the consultant team and BCV Secretariat. The successful tenderer is required to identify and develop a plan on how they will work together and share knowledge with the BCV Secretariat throughout the engagement.
