Renovation of two (2) bedroom house located at 94 Samwell Street, Croydon.

General Scope of Works
1. Bedroom 1 - Replace window and fan, install new bedroom door and new built in cupboard.
2. Bedroom 2 - Repair holes to ceiling, install new built in cupboards and fan.
3. Bathroom - Install new bathroom & lights, shift hot water system outside and install new  bedroom door.
4. Kitchen - Install new kitchen, doors and split air conditioning unit.
5. Laundry - Install new sinks.
6. Toilet - Install new toilet.
7. General - Repaint house and install new vinyl floor covering throughout.

All works must also conform to the detailed requirements of works provided at the time of inspection.
