Tender Description
MRA wishes to obtain proposals in response to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of Forward Works for the Scarborough Redevelopment project. The work under the contract comprises forward works to prepare the site for future public domain civil and landscaping works in accordance with the drawings and specifications, including but not limited to:
* Demolition of existing structures;
* Site Fencing;
* Removal of vegetation;
* Removal for storage of various items of furniture;
* Minor services relocation and removal;
* Stormwater drainage;
* Bulk earthworks and shaping.
