The project is located at Pine Rivers Park, 125 Gympie Road, Strathpine. Concerns have been raised regarding the drainage capacity, irrigation requirements and the inconsistencies in surface grades throughout the amphitheatre. The aim of the project is to restore smooth even surfaces across the amphitheatre and improve its resilience to storm impacts and wear and tear associated with major event use.
This specification is for the design and construction of all civil and associated works required for the surface profiling, installation of drainage system and the irrigation of the turf areas at the Pine Rivers Park - Amphitheatre, Strathpine, as described in the attached design brief and technical specification.
