Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Expression of Interest Sanctuary Cove is a gated residential community of multiple bodies corporate consisting of approximately 1400 homes and covering 474 hectares of land. The Sanctuary Cove Principal Body Corporate (PBC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the installation of irrigation infrastructure within designated PBC verge areas.

Project Overview

The proposed works comprise the installation of a new verge irrigation system throughout Sanctuary Greens area, including associated connections, reinstatement, testing, commissioning and as-constructed documentation. The works will be undertaken within an established residential community and require careful coordination and management to minimise impacts to residents and existing infrastructure.

Shortlisted respondents will be invited to participate in a select tender process following evaluation of Expressions of Interest. Submission Requirements Interested organisations are requested to provide the following information: Company profile and organisational structure; Demonstrated experience undertaking similar irrigation installation projects; Details of key personnel and relevant qualifications; Current licences and certifications; Client references; Current ASIC Company Extract; Evidence of Workplace Health and Safety management systems; Evidence of relevant insurances, including: - Public Liability Insurance; - Professional Indemnity Insurance (if applicable); - Workers Compensation Insurance.
