Tender Description
The scope of the work is for the supply and delivery of three phase (AC) multifunction electricity power quality analysers (also referred to as monitors or meters) and associated support and analysis software to provide a complete Power Quality Monitoring System (PQM System)
The PQM System will be used to monitor and provide power quality data from zone and bulk supply substations.
The PQM System functionality shall, as a minimum, meet:
* Class S requirements as defined by AS/NZS61000.4.30 (with a preference for Class A)
* Class F3 requirements as defined by AS/NZS61000.4.15
* Class 1 requirements as defined by AS/NZS 62053-21
The site for delivery is any Ergon Energy Main warehouse listed below as requested in Ergon Energy purchase orders for the supply of goods under this contract.
* Toowoomba: 477 South Street Toowoomba Qld 4854
* Rockhampton: Gate 9 Building 10, 63 Glenmore Road Rockhampton Qld 4701
* Townsville: Building 4 32 Dalrymple Road Garbutt Qld 4814
* Cairns: Corner McLeod & Upward Streets Cairns Qld 4870
* Maryborough: 56-62 Searle Street Maryborough Qld 4650
The practical completion date for all work associated with this contract will be 3 years from the date of the agreement. Ergon Energy has allowed for term extension options of 2 x 1 year extensions in this Contract. Ergon Energy will at its sole discretion determine if the Supplier is to be offered one or more one-year extension during the life of the Contract.
