Tender Description
The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for construction works located at Shailer Park State High School (Leaf Street, Shailer Park QLD 4128).
Submissions from Principal Contractors are being sought for the refurbishment of the science block, science annex and two teaching blocks. Works comprise demolition and new internal fitout, there are structural requirements to the science block and associated services. Works to the science buildings include full services requirements including gas and associated shut-off along with data in accordance with DNIPS. Experience with projects on live school sites is preferred. The project will be procured under a Traditional AS 2124 contract with special conditions.
Site visit: Wednesday, 9th March 2016 at 15:30pm. Attendees limited to 2 per tenderer. Please sign in at School Adminsitration building.
Tender documents will be released by Ridgemill Project Management to eligible contractors with a minimum PQC 2 rating.
