EOI - Chiltern Goods Shed & Gang Camp

⁠⁠⁠The Chiltern Goods Shed and Gang Camp site is owned by VicTrack and leased by Indigo Shire Council. The Goods Shed was restored by VicTrack in 2014.

Council is now calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from organisations / businesses interested in using the Goods Shed and / or the Gang Camp site. Proposed uses must be consistent with the following purposes as identified in the Chiltern Goods Shed Strategic Plan (2015 - 2018):

1. Primary purposes:
* Cycle tourism hub.
* Chiltern Mt Pilot National Park dispersal and engagement.
2. Secondary purposes:
* Arts and events space.
* Community facility.

EOI are now open and will close on THURSDAY 24 MARCH 2016. At this stage, it is anticipated that a recommendation on the preferred organisation(s) / business(es) will be decided at a meeting scheduled for 13 April 2016.
