Tender Description
The Banksia Grove partners comprising the housing Authority and Banksia Grove Development Nominees being responsible for the development of the Banksia Grove residential estate are calling for expressions of interest from builders to assist with the development of Stage 6 being a 1.217ha housing site zoned proposed R60 with a grouped housing site zoned proposed R80 in Banksia Grove.
