Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the reconstruction of Pine Grove, Malvern (153m long). This work includes approximately:
* 300m of Black Coloured Concrete Kerb and three rows of Bluestone Pitcher Channel Reconstruction.
* 380m2 of Asphalt Footpath Reconstruction.
* 160m2 of Charcoal Coloured Drive Crossings Reconstruction.
* 360m of Drainage & Property Stormwater Drainage (up to 375mm diameter pipe)
* 1,300m2 of Asphalt Resurfacing.
* 90m2 of Full Depth Road Pavement Reconstruction.
* 45m2 of Landscaping Construction.
* 80m2 Tree Structural Soil Construction.
