Overview: The scope consist in Piles Fabrication used for anchoring the FLNG offshore Australia: the fabricator will purchase the required material and fabricate (by rolling and welding) 72 suction piles weighing from 400 to 600 tons each (preliminary information as design is still in progress).
These activities are planned to take place from Q2 2017 to Q2 2019.
The work includes more particularly:
* Structural steel supply and fabrication
* Painting activity (including material supply)
* Cathodic protection (material procurement and installation)
* Assembly of various free-issued material such as cats lug, H-Link support, hot stab interfaces, anodes, ...
* Testing works
* Load out works.
The Subcontractor will have the responsibility of project construction management, administrative activities and duties, design works, documentation, material control and management, health and safety, resources, material supply, quality assurance and quality control.
Requirements:
Subcontractor must:
* Have the workshop capacity of welding and rolling plates with a Thickness between 40 and 70 mm
* Have the capacity of Assembling the total tonnage in the fabrication window
* Have quay facilities to load out piles on transportation vessels
* Have experience in important structural works
