Tender Description
Council intends to retain ownership of the existing car park and driveway access at 57 Bailey Street and to dispose of the grassed area of land attached to the rear of block, fronting Hamilton Street. A further subdivision could be completed to create Lot A and Lot B, as per the below figure.
A satisfactory expression of interest process will inform which part of the land is offered for sale, whether it be two separate lots or as a whole.
