Relocation of Bi-fold Doors Around Screening Equipment – Learmonth Airport

⁠⁠⁠Quotations are called for the supply of all materials and labour for the following works:

SCOPE OF WORKS Supply materials, labour and equipment to complete the following:-
1. Remove bi-fold doors around security screening equipment.
2. Relocate bi-fold doors at completion of installation of new security screening equipment to an agreed position internal of the check-in area. Some structural support will be required to tie-in to concrete wall.
3. Any cost saving where the Shire can provide additional labour should be outlined.

SPECIFICATIONS AND DETAILS
* Site inspection recommended to confirm scope of works area. Should you require a site inspection, call the Shire’s Aviation Executive Manager, Jenny Kox, on 9949 1326 prior to close of business on 2 March 2016 to arrange an inspection time.
* Access to the site may be restricted to after 3.30pm each weekday, prior to 11am and after 2pm Saturday and prior to 9am and after 1pm Sunday.
* Work to be undertaken in two parts with item 1 of the scope of works to be completed prior to installation of new security screening equipment and the remaining items as soon as possible after installation is complete. Installation date of screening equipment not yet known but likely the week after Easter 2016.
* All materials supplied and works carried out shall be in accordance with relevant Australian Standards.
* Successful contractor to ensure all WorkSafe procedures are observed.
* Quotations to be detailed showing price per unit and total cost (including GST).
* Lowest or any quote not necessarily accepted.
* Please list any other similar jobs which you have worked on in the past and include Registered Builder number (if held).
* Evidence of Public Liability Insurance (minimum $5,000,000) to be presented.
* Quotations to be received no later than close of business, 4 March 2016 and addressed to:
