Little Para Par 3 Golf Course Management

⁠⁠⁠10917 - The City of Salisbury invites Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced entities (including Not for Profit organisations) to manage the Little Para Par 3 Golf Course on Council’s behalf.

Note: this is a new market approach and previous registrants are eligible to participate.

The Little Para Golf Course is:
* A 9 hole par 3 golf course with a driving range and practice green;
* Located at Martins Road, Paralowie, and;
* The only Council owned golf course in Salisbury and provides access to the public at all times.

Council wishes to establish a management agreement with the successful registrant and is seeking innovative operating models for successful, ongoing management of the golf course. Any future management agreement/operating model must provide economic benefits to Council without negatively impacting our community.

Council will be conducting a site briefing on Thursday 3 March 2016 commencing at 10am (Adelaide local time). Registrants must advise their attendance by close of business Tuesday 1 March 2016 via email to purchasing@salisbury.sa.gov.au.
