Project Background and requirements
The project requires the construction of works associated with the upgrade of High Voltage (HV) power at Puckapunyal Military Base.
This ATM is an Invitation To Register (ITR) Interest and will result in the short-listing of potential Head Contractors (HCs) to undertake contruction of High Voltage works using a Defence HC (Construct Only) methodology.
The project will also provide an upgrade to the feeder line from Seymour zone station, as well as a new feeder line to provide redundancy for the Puckapunyal Military Area. These works will be undertaken by the Distribution Network services provider (AusNet).
However, the Head Contractor will coordinate the construction interface and cutovers as appropriate to confirm operational continuity is maintained.
