Darebin Council is seeking to appoint a panel of suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide marketing services to the Creative Culture department at the City of Darebin. These contractors would design marketing campaigns for Council planned shows, events, festivals and activities. Often booking and paying for the advertisements and collateral directly.
