Tenders are invited for the refurbishment of the amenities facilities located at Picnic Point, Maroochydore.
The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:
* Refurbishment of amenities as per drawings and specifications;
* External Shower and pathway installation;
* Site tidy up including turf and turf establishment;
* Engagement/consultation with relevant authorities; and
* Site safety measures and traffic management where required.
