Commercial Cleaning Services

⁠⁠⁠The Shire invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of commercial cleaning services for a period of three years for sites in both Kununurra and Wyndham.

Details of the Tender, are available upon request from Jesse Johnson; via email: tenders@swek.wa.gov.au, between 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. You must state your name, organisation, ABN and contact phone number.

A mandatory site inspection will be held for Kununurra sites at 9.00am, Wednesday 2 March 2016 and at 10.00am, Thursday 3 March 2016 for Wyndham sites. Tender Respondents must attend the mandatory site inspection for sites they submit a tender submission for.   

Enquiries regarding the Tender can be sent to Jesse Johnson via email to tenders@swek.wa.gov.au. Clarification to Tender details must be in writing and sought prior to 2:00pm, Friday 4 March 2016.

Tender submissions must be clearly marked “Tender T06-15/16”, placed in a sealed envelope and lodged in the tender box at the Shire Administration Office, 20 Coolibah Drive, Kununurra or posted and addressed to Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley, PO Box 614, Kununurra, WA, 6743.

The lowest, or any Tender submission may not necessarily be accepted.

Electronic or facsimile Tender submissions will not be accepted.

The Deadline for Tender submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Tuesday 15 March 2016.

Late Tender submissions will not be accepted.

Any potential Tender respondent canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Councillors or Officers will be disqualified from the Tender process.
