Tender Description
* The University build, own and operate their building and related assets, and the Office of Facilities Management is required to ensure they are maintained and operated to the highest possible level.
* Specialist support is sought with respect to the University's High Voltage (HV) network equipment in order to ensure safe and effective operation of the buildings and related infrastructure.
* The University is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified contractor to undertake a scheduled maintenance program, repair / replace on condition, and attend to breakdowns to the HV network equipment in accord with all relevant current legislation, industry standards, and in compliance with current Workplace Health Safety and Environmental practices.
