City Hall Chiller Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Geelong invites tenders closing at 2.00pm on Friday 4 March for the replacement, supply and installation of a Chiller and associated works at City Hall 57 Little Malop Street Geelong.

The works to be carried out as part of the project include, but are not limited to, the plans and specifications as per the tender documents loaded in Tenderlink.

In order to submit a conforming tender Contractors are required to submit completed tender prices and details for all Options. These options MUST be costed for the Tender to be deemed Compliant.

The City of Greater Geelong reserves the right to select either Option, at its sole discretion.

Please note there are mandatory requirements that the successful contractor will be required to meet as outlined below. Tenderers who do not meet the mandatory criteria will not be considered further for this project.

Mandatory Site Inspection:
Please be advised that Council will conduct a mandatory site inspection at 10.00am Tuesday 23 February 2016.Tenderers are requested to meet City of Greater Geelong representatives in the Customer Service Foyer area at City Hall, 57 Little Malop Street, Geelong.

Prospective tenderers must attend this site inspection. Failure of a tenderer to attend will result in their tender being excluded as a non-conforming tender.

Council representatives will be present to discuss details regarding the project and the tender process.

Tenderers are required to notify Council of their attendance by phoning Adrian Rainbow on (03) 5272-4636 beforehand

Tenders which do not contain details of OH&S systems which meet the minimum required standards will not be considered for the contract.
