Tender Description
Kiama Municipal Council (KMC) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified architects and project managers for their two-stage +$70 million integrated aged care development located at Bonaira Street, Kiama NSW.
The two-stage project includes construction of a 134 bed residential aged care facility, 16 Assisted Living units, Community Centre, Community Care offices, restoration of a heritage listed cottage and 51 seniors’ living units.

Interested parties should submit an EOI to the General Manager of Kiama Municipal Council.
Selected applicants with the appropriate experience and qualifications will then be provided with a detailed scope of works and offered the opportunity to submit a tender for Stages 1 and 2.
